Behaviour practitioner
At Arthur Care we collaboratively work with you and your support network to gain an understanding of your strengths and NDIS goals to address challenging behaviour and develop and promote positive alternatives.
Rapid Hospital Discharge Program (RHDP)
Arthur Care is committed to help people with a disability to exit the Hospital settings who are clinically ready to leave the Hospital and move into their community. Arthur Care works closely with Hospitals, Allied Health Professionals, Families to make this transition as smooth as possible. Our aim is to connect people with their community, formal, informal and mainstream support.
