Arthur Care guarantees that our direct support staff have the required qualification, experience, skills and police checks so that you receive high quality support every day. We are committed to maintaining high standards in care so we periodically conduct audits and training sessions.
Our experienced and knowledgeable Support Coordinators speak the NDIS language and are available to support you in attending scheduled or unscheduled NDIS meetings. Our Support Coordinators will work with you in preparing your short-term and long-term goals with a detailed report before attending your NDIS meeting.
